Paddle On Fitness

Need a little time to yourself?  SUP Yoga brings a fantastic new dynamic to your practice while getting you out in the elements.  Once you experience Savasana while lying on your board, fingertips in the water, flowing with the gentle waves of the Pacific, you may never want to return. Our class begins with a short paddle out to the waters of San Diego Bay where we will anchor our boards in a calm setting.  This class will offer a gentle flow of postures that will allow you to bring in the experience of the surrounding environment while building your core strength. We will focus on breath to movement meditation while building our balance and become one with the flow of the water. You will discover a pure connection between mind, body, and ocean. Experience this unique way to grow your practice.  So put away your mat, let us grab the board, and meet us at the Bay. This class is for all levels. 

This Paddle session is 75 minutes.  All equipment provided.  

Class is limited to 7.

Classes are located at Liberty Station (behind the Marriott Courtyard Hotel, at the end of Farragut Road). Free Parking is available in parking lot at the end of Farragut Road. Public restrooms are located next to launching point at Liberty Station.
