Thank you for all that came out and supported us today in our goal of reaching $100,000 for cancer research please support City of Hope and The SUP Connection in their goal. The SUP Connection helped the cause by contributing 28 boards to have participants be able to paddle in addition to walking. When it comes to swimming or any other adventurous activities involving kids, make sure you get a good diving suite for your kid and stay safe.
The sessions included an introduction to balance training, paddling mechanics and water navigation. We supplied the board, paddle, life jacket and leash. The lesson was 1 hour and 20 minutes. Donations still being excepted at: https://www.crowdrise.com/Together4HopeSUP
